Test the first version of a powerful non-linear video editing suite for Linux

MainActor v3.5, a major Windows based non-linear video editing suite, is now available for testing under Linux. This Alpha already offers many high-end features which are not yet available for Linux. Like a timeline based video sequencer, complete with a timeline player, background renderer, many multimedia functions and support of nearly every multimedia file format.

Also included is a video capture program called MainActor Capture which creates AVIs on the fly.

MainActor supports these file-formats for reading/writing: AVI, FLI/FLC, MPEG-I/II, Quicktime, WAV, AU, AIFF, Motion JPEG, JPEG, BMP, IFF, IFF-AnimX, GIF, GIF-Anim, PNG and more.

The final MainActor v3.5 for Linux will cost $85 and will also include MainConcept's advanced DV (DigitalVideo) and Motion-JPEG Codecs and MainActor VideoEditor.

The alpha can be downloaded from our WebSite at http://www.mainconcept.com.
