Covalent Technologies to Export Strong Encryption Software

San Francisco, CA--March 27, 2000--Covalent Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of Apache Web server e-commerce solutions, announced today that it will begin exporting its 128-bit Raven™ SSL strong encryption software product outside the US and Canada for the first time ever. Covalent estimates that this expansion into global markets will result in a 25 to 50% increase in sales of Raven SSL. Until recently, US law limited the export of encryption software from the US.

Bridgewater Systems, a current Raven SSL customer and global Internet business solutions provider, has waited anxiously for the ability to export Raven SSL.
