Linux Based Software Company Announces Record Sales, Adds More Marquee Customers and Partners with Atlassian for JIRA MultiSite & JIRA Clustering.

San Ramon, CA April 24, 2008 - WANdisco, a leading provider of distributed software development solutions, today announced first quarter results for 2008. Highlights include over 200% growth in sales from the same quarter in 2007 and 140% from the prior quarter; adding marquee customer to WANdisco's growing list of Global 1000 companies deploying WANdisco software; and the release of brand new clustering technology based on a unique shared-nothing architecture.

The company also partnered with Atlassian Software Systems Pty Ltd, a leading provider of enterprise software development solutions. Under the terms of the agreement WANdisco will combine JIRA, a bug tracking, issue tracking, and project management application used by over 8,100 organizations from 94 countries, with WANdisco's totally unique replication technology to provide JIRA customers with unprecedented levels of performance, scalability and reliability with 2 new products: JIRA Clustering and JIRA MultiSite.

"We are delighted with our performance during the first quarter of 2008," said David Richards, President and CEO of WANdisco. "Our global exposure, particularly in the European markets has insulated us from the recent slow-down in the US economy. Companies see WANdisco as an essential component of their IT Infrastructure. Companies such as Cisco Systems, Honda, AT&T, Verisign and Motorola are using WANdisco every day in mission critical software development environments."

200% Jump in Sales
For the first quarter of 2008, WANdisco's growth exceeded expectations and the company remained cash-flow positive. A record number of new customers selected WANdisco to support their distributed software development, high availability and security needs for Subversion, CVS and JIRA.

New Clustering Products
Subversion Clustering and CVS Clustering leverage WANdisco's unique active-active replication technology to transform a single-server Subversion or CVS implementation into a highly scalable and reliable clustered source code management solution.

"WANdisco's unique technology enables unprecedented levels of scalability and high availability for Subversion and CVS" said Uttam Narsu, Former Forrester/Giga Analyst and SCM expert. "Subversion Clustering and CVS Clustering users will be delighted with the new levels of performance, scalability and reliability that WANdisco can offer. I would strongly urge any company who has either installed or is considering installing CVS or Subversion to look at these products"

JIRA Clustering & JIRA MultiSite
JIRA MultiSite and JIRA Clustering combine JIRA's flexible and easy to use bug tracking, issue tracking, and project management solution, with WANdisco's active-active replication technology to turn a JIRA central server implementation into a distributed or clustered, enterprise ready application lifecycle management solution.
